It’s furthermore possible to view high definition videos about ancient traditions of art crafts of these countries.

The Museum houses masterpieces of glass art, especially from Murano, of different centuries. The Museum contains rare beauty chandeliers, which catch visitor attention bringing them back to magical atmosphere of ancient times and captivating them with the warmth and the mistery of lights and shadows.

Of particular importance is the collection of nativity art: from the classic Neapolitan crib of the '700 to the different contaminations, from the crib of Cursi (Lecce) that reproduces the ancient quarries of Lecce stone to those of Piedmont and other countries. All accompanied by explanatory videos, music on the theme of the Nativity through the centuries and in the various countries of the world.

An important collection of carpets from Morocco, Turkey, Iran, Iraq and other countries enrich various rooms of the museum : the “Prayer Room”, “Music Room” and other exhibition rooms.

A lot of the carpets were donated by traders or artisans, proud to participate in the Mediterranean Foundation's peace and dialogue initiative through the Peace Museum - MAMT.
